✦ Our Quality Promise

At Luminique, every piece is crafted with care and carefully inspected before shipment. However, if you believe your item has a defect, please read the following to determine whether it qualifies as a product quality issue.

✦ Adhesive / Setting Issues

If your jewelry arrives with pearls or components detached, it is considered a product defect, and we will take full responsibility.

However, if detachment occurs after wear due to water exposure, impact, or improper care, such as not drying promptly after getting wet, it is not considered a quality issue, but a result of improper handling.

✦ Surface Irregularities

We use natural freshwater pearls, each with its own unique growth patterns and textures. These natural lines or grain patterns are not considered defects.

That said, if a pearl has deep scratches, noticeable dents, or severe imperfections that affect its appearance, we will consider it a defect and offer a replacement or repair.

✦ Extension Chains

If a necklace or bracelet extension chain is faulty and cannot open or be worn, it qualifies as a quality issue. We will provide support for repair or exchange.

✦ Care Reminder

Please note that any damage caused by improper wear, storage, or external impact after delivery is not covered under our defect policy. We encourage all customers to follow our care instructions to preserve the beauty and longevity of your jewelry.
